Deister employee efforts, above and beyond the call of duty, produced and delivered a BFO-1514 for Tarmac Silver Sand in about three weeks. Our sales representative, Joe Kastner of Florida Processing Machinery, went to Tarmac the day the unit was delivered and reports:
“They were lifting the machine in the tower when I arrived. I met with Plant Manager Brian Bleakney to confirm that all was to his satisfaction. He said he appreciated the machine arriving as promised. He also wanted to compliment Sycamore Specialized Carriers and especially their driver, Dan. Dan was exceptionally courteous and Brian was most satisfied with his attitude and professionalism. Thank you to all who assisted with expediting this unit.”

Regardless of the situation, whether it be routine or an emergency, Deister and their support network respond quickly without question. In our case, we not only needed an emergency replacement for our current application, but the screen had to meet a different application for a future plant upgrade as well.
